Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative

The Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative equips mayors and senior city leaders around the world with the skills, insights, and networks needed to address complex urban challenges and lead with purpose. Through intensive leadership development programs, the Initiative fosters collaboration, innovation, and evidence-informed decision-making to drive meaningful change in cities. As the independent evaluators, we used a mix of surveys, interviews, and analysis of existing data to understand how the program has strengthened leadership practices, supported peer learning, and contributed to more effective governance in participating cities.
