Local Infrastructure Hub

Local Infrastructure Hub

External evaluation of the Local Infrastructure Hub

The Local Infrastructure Hub helps cities across the United States navigate the complex federal funding landscape for infrastructure projects, equipping local leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to compete for and manage critical investments. By combining live bootcamps, peer learning, and self-guided resources, the Hub supports cities of all sizes in strengthening their grant-seeking and implementation capacity. We are collaborating with the Hub as independent, external evaluators, using mixed methods to understand how this innovative model enhanced local capacity, adapted to changing needs, and contributed to more equitable access to federal resources.
