David Owen, M.Ed., President
As the company's Principal, Dave ensures that our consulting services are designed to meet the individual needs of our diverse clients. Dave has worked in the social impact, education, and youth development fields for more than 20 years in leadership, management, or consulting roles at organizations such as Federation Employment Guidance Service, Mentoring Partnership of New York, New York City Outward Bound, and the United Nations Development Program. He holds a Master's in Education / Adolescent Risk and Prevention from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he learned practical applications for integrating cutting-edge research on risk, resilience, and prevention programming for children and adolescents in both school and community settings.
Consultants
Our team of consultants have decades of experience helping social impact organizations achieve their goals and are highly-skilled experts in their fields. Many work/have worked in direct service, leadership, consulting, and faculty positions at non-profit organizations, foundations, universities, government agencies, and bi-lateral organizations, and hold advanced degrees in education, public policy, public health, social work, economics, and psychology.
